CANCELATION POLICY

A $1,000.00 non-refundable security deposit will be required upfront to hold your date(s) and cover any damages, repainting and cleaning costs.

The rental fee for The Highline Loft LLC is $3,000.00 per day provided the event is held within the building hours (see below for hours). Should the event cancel, the client is entitled to a full refund of all rental fees if it is 45 days out or more from the event date. Should the event be canceled less than 45 days out from the event date, the client will be responsible for full payment of all rental fees.

BUILDING OVERTIME

Building overtime is The Highline Loft overtime. The hours of operation for the West Chelsea Building LLC are:

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 6p.m.

The Highline Loft LLC’s hours mirror the above hours of operation.

Anytime outside the above stated building hours is considered to be “Building OT (overtime)” and will result in a charge of $150.00 per hour for each hour the space is occupied outside the listed hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Building OT (overtime) will be prepaid upfront for the accurate number of hours the building will be occupied.
